Elhanan - most any time is OK except 1AM- 9AM Central USA.

Times really tight for me at the moment.. but with enough forewarning I could get some time to play..

The best would be between 11pm and 3am GMT ... ... and even then I can't guarantee I can make it .... but it sounds like fun .. Smile

Most any day in the evening until early morning for me. I have classes only Mon/Wed/Fri from 11am-3pm EST. Did you have a particular time in mind?

Usually PST 10:00 PM or later during the week, and almost all weekend hours (excepting this weekend coming up).

I'll likely be available during the day 10-3:00 pm PST Mon/Thur this coming week as well.

I can be available most any night 5 to 10 PM CST except Wednesday......and pretty much any time Saturday and after 12PM Sunday. Only issues would be if I happened to be out of town without the laptop, which would be unusual. Only exception I see on the Calendar is this week, I have a nephew getting married Saturday so most nights this week are booked.

Looks like a Saturday is the best bet for narrowing down a date. The next Saturday that's at least a week away is October 29 (stretching into October 30).

How does that sound for folks? Most people don't have classes or work on weekends, and with some planning ahead we should be able to narrow it down to a specific hour block.

I'm open for pretty much any time, so whatever works best for the most people works for me. I'm sketching out a simple grid with everyone's available time ranges, so I'll aim for a time with the most overlaps.

So, please post your available time ranges between:
Pacific/AZ: Oct. 29 7am - Oct. 30 7am
Mountain: Oct. 29 8am - Oct. 30 8am
Central: Oct. 29 9am - Oct. 30 9am
Eastern: Oct. 29 10am - Oct. 30 10am
GMT: Oct. 29 2pm - Oct. 30 2pm
(I'll convert to a single time zone for my little grid, so just mention your time zone so I know which hours to match up with).

For me on the 29th, probably after 10 pm EST ... I generally get off of work around 8pm and I'd still have to clear it with the wife, but I think that may be doable ... being Saturday, we may have an audience on my end, as bedtimes are relaxed on the weekends ... likely two or three Bonnerlets will be over my shoulder!

I wouldn't really know what this is about since I didn't recieve a pm...for some obscure reason, but if I'm still welcome it shouldn't matter much as I like surprises.

I am pretty flexible when given a week's note in advance, but anything before 2-3 AM CET would be preferred though... Smile

This should be good for me... more towards the evening/night though... I can try to get on during the day but if I do (and we all use vent) expect to hear a screaming baby, a hyperactive 3yr old and a nagging wifey in the background....... anytime after 11pm and they should all be snug up in bed... allowing for my full concentration .. Smile

Based on feedback here, I am setting the time and date for this project to:
Saturday, October 29, 2011
@ 4:00 pm Arizona/Pacific time (6pm Central, 7pm Eastern, 11pm GMT).

For those that can't spend time in-game, but would like one of your characters to be included, it's possible! You will need to be logged in, but can be AFK, since myself in DM mode + the scripting handles everyone's actions for this project. I can shut down the "afk glow" and the script controls everything else anyway. If you wish to do something like this, just log into the game beforehand, make your way to the Valorian's Vale town hall, and go about your day/evening while your character waits to participate without you. Smile

I'll be resetting the server manually about 6 hours before the project takes place, so there will be that fresh window of time where there shouldn't be any resets to knock people out of the game.

That was awesome.... I think for me, personally, just having both Jay AND Shouri Braysin in the same room at the same time was an event that needed to be witnessed.. and the little sibling scrap they had over the stolen hairbrush was icing on the cake... Smile

We're going to do another run (next weekend?). For some reason the scripted cutscene was skipping ahead from about 2/3 through to the end. I'm doing another thorough scan of the coding tonight sometime...it could just be a limit on the number of commands that can be delayed within one script (the script was working before I added animation commands).

In addition, I've added a way to "clone" PCs, so next for the next run, if anyone logs in early, I can do a quick cloning so that you can participate even if not online. In fact, in one of the screenshots RustyDios posted, 3 ended up being clones.
