Changing soundset

Is there a way to change your characters soundset in game? some vc command?

There's so many, are some of these voicesets not only NPCs but also might be CEP or Aenean custom, eh?
Is there a way to preview them without having to VC LETO install every single one into one's character? And that can run through all the individual phrases in each set? As there's some phrases that characters spontaneously make that I still haven't figured out how to even selectively access IG (unless they are all in that '..help' list?). An application maybe?

the way to access additional phrases for a voice set is by using the V button, it brings up your "v"ocal options
