Silvania's Holy Rain Bug Empty Silvania's Holy Rain Bug

The spell seems to be sporadic on when it wants to deal damage. At current, it does damage always on the first round, and then whenever it feels like on subsequent rounds. It used to deal its damage every round when I last played, so I am unsure of what might have changed since.
