Two suggestions.... A raven would be really wicked cool. I've seen them on another PW (LoW's PW), he's got parrots on the shoulder AND a gnarly looking raven.
Second suggestion...

Used to be that ;;vfx pack none would zap the shoulder pets too, but that's not working anymore

According to this list, there already is such a command. If it's not working, it's a bug

Not working then, not listed in the ;;vfx help command in game, nor any feedback for it when you use the none command

Owning a parrot is a serious responsibility. You can not just "zap it away" at your whim.
Please educate yourself on this topic before you thoughtlessly make a post such as this one.

Well Aga can just zap it away on a whim 
(er well, supposed to). I use the parrot as his faeriedragon familiar perching on his shoulder when not flapping about or off in whatever etherrealm familiars chill in when not actively summoned.
If there was a raven, the same would go for Angelica and her raven familiar Poe
