It's officially been 'downgraded' to a Grasping Hand...since it does not do any damage as it's supposed to do.

(2d6+12 points of damage each round for the duration of the spell)

Seems like Bigsby's crushing hand, ninth level spell, is not doing any crushing damage. Tested it on a monstrous bat....bat was held...and eventually released unharmed...same with a cave goblin....
