Not Used: Suggestion: Spectra's Tattoo Ink

Is it possible to have Spectra's Tattoo Ink work with the vc commands to select certain body parts, like the right/left biceps, right/left forearms, etc? Unfortunately, they don't really work...

spectra's terrific tattoo ink simply changes the colors of existing tattoos.  There are two tattoo color "channels" which apply to all tattoos on a PC's body: tattoo 1 and tattoo 2.  The color codes can be found here: http://www.amethyst-dragon.com/nwn/Images/colors.htm

What you are looking for sounds like a set of "tattoo ink & needles".  Bob, who hangs out near the docks in Macedone, is known to sell them.  With those, you pick a body part to add a tattoos to (it's run via VC command).  The VC commands for this are in the item's description.
