Relevel scales Empty Relevel scales

The Amethyst Dragon, I am pretty sure I have one set of relevel scales left for Lyann, and studying the Enchantment guidelines, it is possible that some new feats have been added since I played.If I use the relevel scales, will I need to use Arkon to keep from losign my extra million or so xp? Also, will releveling allow me to automatically learn all the nifty new spells that have been added, such as wish and magic armor?

Hoping this will solve my enchanting items issues.

The relevel scale script records your current XP, drops you to 1 (reducing your level to 1st), then restoring you to the previous amount of XP.  You will still have any excess XP.

Going back up in level as a spellcaster does allow you to pick different spells.
