Academy Hirlings Bugs:

1) Hirelings do not follow you, or respond to hirling radial commands.  You can drag them around with the ;;f call vc command, but that's highly annoying, and very immersion-breaking.

2) Bard hireling is a sucky bard who apparently skipped all of Professor Synge's lectures at the academy.  He doesn't fight, and keeps activating his bard song every round instead.

3) Bard feat selection.... ugh Bioware's idea about good bard feat selections always stunk worse than an unwashed skunk in an Alabama heatwave...  Will submit a more play-friendly list suggestion later this week if it would help.
