Having trouble connecting to the Vault Empty Having trouble connecting to the Vault

Not me, but a potential new player is unable to connect to the new Vault (http://neverwintervault.org/ and/or https://neverwintervault.org/) to download the CEP and Project Q. I'm hoping the more tech savvy folks here can help him out.

Basically, he can download the Aenea files themselves (they're hosted at the same place as the website itself), but can't get to anything hosted on the Vault.

Any ideas that might help?  Thanks.

Edited to add: Said potential player just let me know that he's using satellite internet.
