Arkon's inaccessible due to freeze Empty Arkon's inaccessible due to freeze

I tried to enter Arkon's a few times today with a few of my PCs, and the client hung every time I clicked on the area transition in the doorway. The text "Unloading area" appeared but the progress bar did not move, and then the client crashed.

I tested the Arkon's in the Vale, and had no issues on Crideas.

Were you having a problem with a different vault entrance (not the one in Valorian's Vale)?

Otherwise, I suspect this might be an issue with one of the game files on your PC. Maybe a hak, and override, or maybe project Q?

Maybe start with these troubleshooting steps.

Thank you, Crideas!  I was able to enter Arkon's during my last session with my newest PC, and I will test with the rest of the Moross clan soon.

I do think I need to reload my hak files.  I have a persisting problem of a different nature that crashes my client: whenever one of my PCs enters the perception range of a Shrieker, I get a freeze and a crash.
