Is there a way to choose what sort of wings a winged character will get?

Currently, "Winged" is a subrace that gets feathered wings.

Demonspawn can get leathery bat-like wings (sometimes).

The only other wing type I know of is not for a race, but a prestige class.
Red Dragon Disciples eventually get dragon wings (at higher levels).

I don't think there are other wing varieties available currently, but
Im not sure.

Well, I've seen a few (And made) winged with different sorts of feathered wings, but I don't know how to pick, or if it's possible.

Are we talking coloration?

Im pretty sure the subrace only has one "type" of wings, but your hair and tattoo colors determine their coloration.

hair, tattoo1, and tattoo2 colors are what determine the colors of the feathers for a winged being (or for someone using a winged cloak).
