Finally, on the 37th attempt...

Ok, it was probably more that 37 read-throughs of the script since I added the spell, but this afternoon I finally figured out what the problem was with phoenix's teleportation capture. The spell uses one of the green hand visuals from bigby's grasping hand. Turns out that when I first wrote it, I had passed in the constant for the bigby's grasping hand SPELL instead of the bigby's grasping hand VISUAL when coding for the visual effect.

The spell is useful for snagging enemy spellcasters or archers from distance ledges or shores in order to pummel them up close. It's a ranged touch to hit, then they get a reflex save.

Oh, and if anyone is interested, I had more time today to work on spell descriptions on the main website. I've got all done except for Silvania's and Tempest's spells. I also added a list at the top so you can get a feel for how many added spells there really are.
