Prophecy Items Empty Prophecy Items

I remember reading somewhere on here that there is a person who will tell you if you have all the items needed to complete the Prophecy, but i can't seem to find who/where they are. Can anyone either point me to the thread or re-post the info in here?

I am not aware of such an NPC.

There is a scroll that has a list, if you can find it.
