Used: Item Appearance Crafting

When the tweaks to this are done, could they include a wider range of appearances?

For example, shields... I just cycled through all the large shield appearances, and more were blocked than were available. Those that were available were the most, but not all of the default (and really ugly/blocky) bio shields, and a very small number of the CEP shields.

The emitter shields, I can understand if those are blocked and available only by voucher tickets, but not a vast majority of the non-emitters.

With tower shields, I was able to select a few more of the overall
selection, but quite a few were still giving me the "something prevents
you..." message, even though they weren't emitters, and in my mind, not
particularly spectacular over a number of the non-blocked choices

Likewise for weapons, the two-bladed sword for example. Appearance #17... the bottom and middle parts of that particular appearance set are available, but not the blade part, and I don't quite understand why a single part of the set would be blocked.
