Bone arrow vendor? Empty Bone arrow vendor?

I could swear i came across bone arrows on a vendor while travelling the other day....is there a vendor that sells em or was i just hallucinating again?

Maybe the ones you saw had been sold to the vendor by a PC?

Its possible a vendor sells them, but Im not sure.

Nobody sells them unless a PC has sold them to the vendor first.
