Pale Master Bone Arm

Can there please be a retexture? I was thinking on using it on Valencia, before I realized -


It's white. Really white. Stark white. And in comparison to the bone mask, it stands out a little.

I know this is sort of a nitpicky thing, but maybe a retexture could be done? Pretty please?

A valid concern, especially considering that the mask is a much prettier shade of bone (as you noted)!

I noticed the same with with my palemaster Auger.... the issue is that the bone arm's got a plt texture, so it changes with your skin color... which can look very odd when using certain skin colors.

The mask color seems to me to be a bit too dark of an old dirty weathered bone color, but for the arm I'd certainly vote for a very slightly darker yet clean-looking shade of parchment/ecru/taupe/beige/cream, rather than as starkly light as it is for light-skinned characters now.

But yeah, maybe some form of thing that could just replace the bone arm's look entirely? There's no reason that bones should change color based on your skintone.

If any, I'd prefer to see the plt channel switched to one of the tattoo colors, for players who want a dark "charred bone" arm or who do want the bleached white look or such.

Maybe a few various textures that can be selected through a VC command, like the Dragonsoul bloodlines?

Yeah, a range of colors would certainly be good.   Using the tattoo colors might interfere with eyes and lipstick, but VC commands do sound good.

Could take a survey of what people want, and put in half a dozen colors, like bleached, normal clean, weathered, charred, red glow of negative energy, drippy black negative (love that effect on the vampiric bone sword), etc.

Good ideas here.
