Partially Used: Blinding Speed and Haste items

Two suggestions

Blinding speed: This epic feat allows the PC to cast a haste effect 1/day for 10 rounds. Given it's requirements (25 dex), and limited use, this feat is not very useful for it's cost. Perhaps this feat could be tweaked to have more uses per day ala hellball/greater ruin? It would make the feat much more attractive to take.

Second haste oriented suggestion: Items like monks belt and bracers of blinding strike (and I think) boots of speed cast haste well (caster level 5). They aren't very useful though when you can have your local wizard/sorc buy you a stack or two of potions of speed. Perhaps these items could be updated to cast their haste effects at caster level 10? They'd still be limited uses per day (1 per for the monks belt and boots, 3/day for bracers), but would be a slightly better alternative than potions of speed with the longer duration (10 rounds instead of 5).

Another suggestion for Blinding Speed.... Given that it requires dexterity to get, not spell levels or magical ability, could the effect be altered to be supernatural (and not dispellable?). The feat description *does* say 'cast haste on himself' or somesuch, but it would logically seem that the character is achieving the haste effect from being high dex/body conditioning, not spell casting :-o

Blinding Speed is not a multiple times per day feat.
