Used: The update trigger in the SDI
Apparently, if one is possessing a character, and crosses into the update trigger in the SDI, they get auto-booted for feat-updating. This includes DMs possessing NPCs, and Wizards/Sorcs possessing their familiars.
Given the size of the trigger, and it's location in a fairly well traveled area, perhaps the trigger itself could be moved to the astral conjunction? PCs will still have to cross it to get to the SDI and on with their adventures, but it also wouldn't screw with mages playing with their familiars (or DMs possessing NPCS) in the social setting that is the SDI.

That would be nice, as it seems no matter how many times you possess said familiar, you still get booted.

Re: Used: The update trigger in the SDI
Good idea, and easy enough to do, since I've got the toolset open....
