Ok, usually I really like to find out new things.

However today, after about 6 hours with gmax, excel, nwn explorer, photoshop, the nwn hak utility, the toolset, and the game...I discovered that the game does not scale weapons based on the gender the way it does with races. Evil or Very Mad

So why does this matter? Well, when you're making a set of new weapon models that are supposed to line up with a character's hands, it means a lot more work when you have to shrink it down manually for every single model to fit skinny little female hands, then add another new item type to the game, then in the toolset when I finally add these new weapons I'll have to limit them by gender or they won't look right. Ah, the gender-equality debate, it just never dies.
