Parially Used: Open For Business
The Inn in Campton seems to be locked at all times. Uncertain if this is a bug or not, so I suggest either removing the locks from active business doors, placing signs whether open or not, or installing a bell to waken sleeping clerks.
On a sim note, it may be a good thought to have all merchants at least purchase the sim types of materials they sell (eg; food shops purchase rations, trap salesmen purchase traps, roguish merchants consider buying goods marked illegal, etc). Sometimes this is needed to free inventory for fresh products, aid in inventory mgt, or simply avoid having to go elsewhere to unload items.
Thanks!

Unlocking the inn.
As far as merchants buying what they sell (such as rations)...how many grocery stores buy food from shoppers? Many other merchants do purchase what they sell, but ones with consumable or less than legal merchandise are a lot less likely to do so from an untrusted source.
"How do I know you're not working for the guard?"
"So, just how long has this fish been in your backpack?"
