A piece of tattered parchment has been stuck to the wall with an arrow. It reads:

A ranger's services available for those in need of a ranged warrior capable of stealth in their party. Also capable of summoning some creatures and controlling animals. Can use Arcane scrolls and items. Has knowledge of several Wanderer's Portal codes. Available most evenings.
