I'm ill. Sick. Under the weather. Ailing. Unwell. Feeling like maird.

Anyone else feel like complaining about being sick?

I'll complain about being tired if you want; finals week at the fancy art school = 5 hours of sleep or so a night for the past week and a half, 4 a night over the weekend, and 3 last night. But the film final is screened, the drawing final is ready to be mounted and brought in, and the art history final tomorrow should go pretty smoothly.

That said, inthecorridors has had it pretty rough (but she's conquering obstacles all over the place anyway )

I will, went to bed last night with a sinus infection, woke up at 2am with my ear hurting, the had blood oozing from it a min ago, of to the ER. guh.

Heh...I was going to complain, but after reading a couple posts I feel, relatively speaking, that maybe things aren't so bad :-)

i had a blood check a few weeks ago (saftey requirement when working with radiation). i have a perfect health it seems.

though some people think i have issues with my mind.

Just got back from the hospital, perforated ear drum, probly one of the most painful things I've ever had the displeasure to experience. Thank the gods for painkillers.

I had the flu two weeks ago (missed 3 days of work, too ill to even visit Aenea in my pajamas) and still don't feel 100% better. And now it seems I'm developing a cold. *achoo!*

I had the flu about a month ago... I got it one week after getting a flu shot (only then did they tell me that the flu shot typically takes two weeks to kick in). It left bronchitis behind in its wake. I was flat on my back for the better part of a week. Antibiotics, prescription strength cough medicine, an inhaler (this was my first inhaler experience, and I don't recommend it. It was like inhaling vaporized aspirin.), the works. It sucked. Made me miss the ending of the Talon event, too.

Meh. Get to feeling better, , and anyone else who might be sick.

Pink eye is making the rounds through my kids this week, as well as other various sicknesses and general unpleasantnesses. Curse you, stupid uncharacteristically warm November weather! I shake my fist at you in impotent rage!

So I've been suffering the whole frequent, severe migraines thing, which sure interferes with such classes as CAD for Fashion. So I start seeing three different doctors and two interns about them, start getting them under control, lose half my CAD work to file loss, start over, get almost caught up. I go into the computer lab to work on it, and suddenly I feel very, very warm and slightly nauseous. For the next six hours whenever I wasn't puking my guts out (which is pretty painful when you've barely eaten and your stomach is convinced it still has more to empty) I was freezing shivering cold with bad stomach cramps, and a sudden rush of uncomfortable warmth was my cue to dash to the bathroom. Wow, that sucked.
(Then I discovered that some of my backup files were corrupt and had to do them over. Then I discovered that a second set of backups was accidentally deleted by the prof. from the school server just before I grabbed that last file I needed for my presentation.

But hey, whatever. I completed my coursework ontime and I think I might've even gotten an A for the course.)
