Sweet Zombie Jeebus Saves!
So I got bored, and drew up a quick rendition of a "sweet zombie jeebus saves!" build.
First go at it, not much refinement yet... It's just an incredibly silly idea.... how to get the highest saves possible.
========================
Human Paladin/CoD/BG, vampire subrace.
Starting stats, 10 str, 10 dex, 15 con, 8 int, 12 wis, 20 cha (after subrace adjustment of +2 to str and cha).
This build assumes +5 tomes for all stats, so after using a releveller/reincarnating/ascending, start base stats would be 15/15/20/13/17/25.
Level 1 feats: Luck of Heroes (+1 to all saves), and Strong Soul (+1 to will and fort saves)
Take 10 paladin, grabing a weapon focus feat (for CoD), lightning reflexes, great fortitude.
Take 10 CoD levels, grab power attack on a CoD bonus feat (for BG). Grab iron
will on a general feat level, as well as the resist poison feat and
skill focus (spellcraft) feat..
Epic levels... raise CoD to 28. Grab epic skill focus (spell craft)
epic will, fortitude and reflexes on general feat levels, Cleave and
Great Wisdom on CoD bonus levels, and finish off the last three of the
general feat levels with three Great Charismas.
Last two epic levels, go evil, and take 2 levels of BG.
Pre and post epic stat increases... all go to charisma; raise hide up to 5 (prereq for BG), raise spell craft up (as a cross class of course) to 21.
Final base stats:
15 str, 15 dex, 20 con, 13 int, 21 wis, 38 cha.
Spellcraft: 35 (+7 saves vs spells)
Now, what's that get us?
No items, just the character's build (base and with divine wrath #'s):
Fort 76 (90)
Reflex 68 (82)
Will 68 (82)
83/75/75 (97/89/89) vs spells, 87 (101) fort save vs poison.
Now... add in equipment that grants +12 enhancement to cha, con, dex and wis... while under the effect of divine wrath:
fort 108
reflex 100
will 100
116/108/108 vs spells, 120 vs poison.
That's right.... Sweet Zombie Jeebus Saves! in the 100+ range.
This character would suck at everything else, but hey, at least rolling a 1 is the only way he's gonna fail a save... ever.

If you were able to squeeze in a few Great Smites you might be able to get somewhere; alternatively, you could petition to script the spell Transmute Water to Funk

I couldn't see this coming from anyone but you, Manny. My wife just gave me a dirty look because I laughed hard enough to wake up the baby.

Hrmm, actually, that's not a bad idea, the great smites that is. Swap out the great wisdoms for great smites on the champ bonus levels, it's only a loss of +2 to the will saves. Take extra smiting in one of the pre-epic levels as well, and they should apply to both smite good and smite evil...
And hehe... gotta love the oddball builds... they seem like total flops on the face, but can have a great trick up their sleeves
This build would suit that charismatic and friendly lucky bastard who had some sorta psychotic break late in life :-D
Not that I'd know anything about such stuff

Re: Sweet Zombie Jeebus Saves!
So... if we were to name such a build "Murphy's Lawbreaker"....
This following could be "Son of Murphy".
Son of Murphy is very high saves as well, but instead of champ, we go paladin/monk/bg. The saves aren't as high (66/55/57 base, 86/76/77 in munckin +12 everything gear)... BUT, he's got better AC (mid 60's with divine shield), and his saves are more stable (Whereas Murphy's high point lasts only as long as his 1/day use of divine wrath lasts).
Start paladin 1, then go monk, grabbing power attack, the saves feats, and investing into hide and spell craft. Take BG.... take the 3rd and 4th BG on feat levels to grab the divine might/shield feats. Invest all points into CHA. Epic levels, grab the epic saves feats, great chas... that'll get you to 38 cha, although it'll leave dex and wisdom at odd numbers (15 and 17).... but with the PalaBG mix, those two points invested into dex and wis only get you a +1 on will and reflex saves, and +2 AC, while those two points into cha will net +2 on all three saves....
Which is what Son of Murphy wants. More saves!
