Partially Used: For the zombie raising, corpse loving, skeleton friendly necromancers....
I love the way the undead creating spells/abilities work now, in that you have to have an actual corpse of a slain enemy to make your undead minions with...
However, baddies don't leave "corpses" unless they're dropping loot. Some baddies, like the orc soliders in the training camp, don't drop loot anymore.... thus... no corpses to zombiefy.
So why not tweak all corporeal creatures to leave corpses? Have them drop just 1 loot item... doesn't even have to be treasure, a non-sellable twig, or a knuckle bone, or something... just so when you kill something, there's a corpse that can be zombiefied (or just sacrificed in case you're a goodytwoshoes paladin or such)

Yah, but that can get tedious, too. Taking a round or more every time you kill stuff to clean it up becomes burdensome, especially if you're just trying to get from point A to point B.
So as not to take away from saccing, if there were a vc command to mass-clean the area around you that didn't take a full action--or a cutscene--to accomplish, that'd be great. Quick slot it, and just tap n' go.

This is actually a great point.
Maybe we could get a VC command to trigger the "remains cleaning" part of the cleaner script.... the PC wouldnt get any bonuses or piety, but at least they could be considerate and not leave remains all over the place without taking an extra 10 minutes to do it with the sacrificial flame.

The "firing off the cleaner script" vc command is a great idea.
The only caveat I can think of with that one is someone comes into an area and hunts around, and is unaware of someone else already in the area.... one or the other zaps off the cleaner, and that'd be bad for the other player trying to loot.
So... perhaps put a check with the VC command... if there's another player in the area, it doesn't fire off (and gives some feedback as to why, so the cleaner player doesn't sit there spamming the command and start wondering why it doesn't work)
For players who party up.... the last member out of the area cleans.

Agreed, but saccing can happen the same way.
That being said, I'm all for a solo-area-check on the command.

Thread necromancy....
With the recent change to remains... this is actually accomplished (everything drops remains, although you gotta be quick to raise your zombies from the empty ones before they go poof)..
Close out this thread and chuck it into the used suggestion box?
