Any chance we could have a few (or more) places to rest and rememorize in Calithia?
I couldnt find any, and had to leave town to do it. I would have gladly paid money to
rest at an inn/tavern.

Im not sure if I just havent located it, but I have been looking high and low for
a tome that teaches the Dwarven Tongue. Im hoping it isnt sold by a Dwarven
merchant (unless the merchant also speaks common).

I learned the "Magehound" spell a while back, and cannot remember if I got it
at levelup or bought a scroll. I have been seeking to stock some scrolls of it,
and cant seem to find it anywhere... Im also having trouble locating a lot
of the customs spells you added... they are available at levelup, but the scrolls
dont seem to be available at the merchants I have gone to... is that intended?

I was soloing an Alatha, trying to complete the Rod of Kerotoc quest. I found
the Wizard Academy, and it seems there is a connection between one of
the founders of the academy, and the rod in question. When I got inside,
I was amazed at the innovative "locks" on the doors. I found a spot to rest and
rememorize the spells I would need, but I wasnt able to cast those spells on
the doors, for some reason. This made getting around very aggravating. I had
to repeatedly use scrolls of transference, and one door that led to the
next area was too close to the area transition trigger, so even though I
was able to get on the other side of the door, I could not trigger the
area transition, so my progress stopped there... I think I had explored
the whole rest of the academy, so I dont think I can complete the quest
until I can get thru that door to the next area.

The Creature Lore feat -

Seems like a nice way to get the knowledge skills involved in the game.

Its currently only of value to non-spellcasters. The bonus from a successful
check does not seem useful to a higher level character, as +1 to attacks
isnt very much for a feat that requires a successful Int-based skill check.

Would be nice if the attack bonus scaled with character level somewhat.
Perhaps a +1 to attacks for every 5 character levels. EDIT: better yet,
if the bonus scaled with Ranks in the knowledge skills, for instance
up to 8 ranks, +1 bonus... ranks 9 - 13, +2 bonus, ranks 14 - 18, +3
bonus, ranks 19 and above, +4 bonus etc... and perhaps have it
capped at +4.

Also, to make the feat attractive to spellcasters, perhaps a non-scaling
+2 bonus to caster level and a +1 bonus to save DCs? (like a specific
and temporary spell penetration/spell focus hybrid would stack if the
character had already the other feats).

You know, there is that "scribe scroll" feat that wizards get...

Not all merchants have access to all the scrolls. Plus, magehound is one of the spells that was new this spring, so it isn't as widespread as older spell scrolls.

Made a change to Creature Lore.

Now the bonus for a successful = Lore ranks / 5 (minimum 2)

A failed check means a penalty = bonus / 2 (overconfidence leads to mistakes).
