Not Used: Quicken Spell

As an improvement to the quicken spell feat, could spells cast with this feat be taken as a free action as opposed to being cast normally? As far as I know, the description for Quicken Spell says that the spells cast that way are immune to attacks of opportunity, which is inaccurate, and the feat is useless while hastened. Changing it to his would make it quite useful, though autoquicken spell could be a little overpowered at that rate of 3 spells per round...

*Irenicus casts Improved Alacrity*

*many bright flashes, swirling colors, crackling and sizzling sounds*

*everything dies - including the dude staring slack-jawed at his monitor as he watches his PC get smoked*

and it only got worse when the player eventually learns Improved Alacrity and combines it with the Robe of Vecna and Timestop... *remembers the black dragon that reared up to fight, then exploded seemingly an instant later*...

Old suggestion, removing since the mechanics for Quicken Spell are hard-coded anyway.
