Something I noticed myself...

If you had a ranger PC who happened to have the scribe scroll feat... you could scribe scrolls of quilion's bow of fire/cold/electricity... but you can't use them, as the ranger class isn't included in the "usable only by" list on the scroll's properties. Could they be added? They can cast the spell outa their spell book, so it would only make sense they can use scrolls of the spell as well.

After the next planned reset, newly scribed scrolls of these spells will be useable by rangers. Existing scrolls of these spells will need to be replaced by the dwarf in the Sleeping Dragon (only if you're a ranger).
