There comes a time when an adventurer will find him or herself face to face with a mind flayer...a nasty looking, vile creature that likes to either enslave minds or eat them.

When a mind flayer is hungry, it will actually walk up and start to eat your brain. Raw. Right from the source (your head).

If it happens to you, you can preemptively get back at the thing. Just contract a disease or become poisoned before the thing starts on it's snack, and the mindflayer will automatically contract a disease or become poisoned itself!
