Death XP penalty at 31st?

Is the XP penalty for dying supposed to be 12400 for 31st level characters? At 30th level it was 6000, which was a regular increase of 200 per level.... Having it jump up to double seems a bit extreme, especially since a max piety give back only gives back 6200 :-/

I just read over the onDeath script, and it maxes out at 200 per level. How/where did the death occur? I wondering if you were somehow quickly returned to life, then killed again, incurring a double death penalty.

Nope, no quick deaths or such. I was fighting the ice dragon, got zapped, and spent a few moments in the hall even talking to Jay while he was in there as well. Last time I died before that was several hours prior in a separate session. Walked the dias, and everything went as normal except that the size of the debt. Only things I can think of that were different from any other given time I croak is I had less than than 15K piety (was just a tad over 12k after the death).
