Well now. Jay and I were exploring the Tesh region and discovered that the orcs continue to grow in strength. While we were able to punish those foolish enough to travel alone or in pairs, the large groups present proved to be beyond our prowess. The presence of these large powerful groups is of concern, as they may decide to expand their borders.

In order to forestall this, I propose we mount a raid into the orcish lands! This peremptive strike will disrupt any plans they have to expand their borders, and will allow us to further a quest for the council representative in the Vale as well.

Go to the council representative, and talk to him about the ore of Tesh. We will raid deep into Orc territory, killing as many orcs as possible, and fufill this quest for the council.

OOC: Be sure to get the quest in Valorians Vale. We will meet at the Sleeping Dragon at 6PM CST Thursday, and travel to the Orcs, then try to find the mine, and get the ore we need for the quest. Everyone should have a potion of escape to take them back to Valorians vale at the end of the quest, or to use if they need to leave early. Please bring at least one Heal potion as well, the orcs hit HARD. We will designate a looter, and use the party split thing. The looter will call out items, and if you see something you are interested in, tell the looter and we will award it, unless more than one person wants it, in which case we will figure out an equitable way to split it up. If you MIGHT want it, say so and we will save until the end and do the split then. If more than one person wants an item, the priority will go to people who have not gotten anything yet, and then by random rolls. Hopefully we wont have any dissention over loot.

All those interested meet at the sleeping dragon on Thursday at 6PM.

Long have I feared Orc encroachment, and I wouldn't mind punishing a specific Orc Destroyer (or three).

Ha... Orkin pest control.. while I did not attend the first of these outings the second completely unscheduled and random (and as Cridias put it) "anyone want to help with a little assault on Fort Morth tonight?" went with great success and all those present pushed ever further into Orc lands.. eventually all the way to the palace in Old Tesh.. and the Emporers Throne Room.. I would like to thank all those in attandance for helping to fell Gron Bloodsplatterer..

Sorry I missed this one, guys ... Jane tried like blazes to get there, but even with invisibility hiding her from the bandits and whatnot, that's a tremendous distance to run! At about Barneytown, her feet bothered her enough to force a rest! (In reality, kids needed to go to bed, then I forgot I was playing and we went to the store!)

Next time, Jane hopes to run a little faster! And Huzzah! to you all!
