Please help! I do not have the ability to download .rar files, and WorldGate constantly crashes and will not update my files. Therefore i cannot get updates, and can't play! please can someone help me.

Why can't you download .rar files? If it's because you cannot open them try this free file compression archiver 7-zip.

It can open *.zip,*.rar, *.7z and many more.
