Elemental blade of fire: Make it saccable

Could the elemental blade of fire be made saccable again please?

After a crash, I logged back in, and the sword was in my inventory, but I could not equip it b/c of not having the weapon proficiency, and I couldn't sac it nor drop it... so it's stuck in my inventory

Or, make the use of the "stick" that summons it first check inventory, and if the PC has one use and/or destroy it prior to running the rest of the script. This way, you can rest and reuse the "stick" to clear it out.

Or better yet... instead of destroying, it re-equips. No having to rest, clear, then waiting to rest again just to use the sword again.
