Rebel Supplies Question Empty Rebel Supplies Question

Am I supposed to do something special to get through the trapped door in the hill? I've died twice trying to open it, and the key doesn't seem to do anything.

Think it is a bug with traps.

I cannot exactly recall, but my guess is that this is an Electricity trap. If so, there are a few devices around the world that offer Immunity, including boots sold in a village near Tradeholm and Watertown. It is also my guess that my characters - most if not all being partial Rogues - examined the trap, and prepared for the worst, as this can often occur in other locations (eg; Deathwater Isle caverns), too.

And well done getting there so early, as this is a tough locale; usually take my guys after 12th lvl due to the inhabitants.

That particular trap is bugged, and has been for some time now. Seems only rogues can disarm it and it instantly resets itself. Andthe key is supposed to disarm the trap as well as unlock the door.

Would make more sense that the rebels planted the trap there to keep out the army of orcs on there doorstep. Wink

However. the trap is Hostile to allies of the rebellion; not the Orcs. Of course, this all could be the work of a really fatigued trapmaker, but I like my skewed logic, and am sticking to it....

Traps are generally not on anyone's side...sure it requires someone to set it first, but from there...anyone could go and trigger it. Wink Sure you would be pretty dumb to walk into your own trap, but it can happen. Razz
