Curiosity Question: Computer Names?

Completely random thought and questions for y'all.

Who has named their computer(s)? Either out of necessity (got a network and each needs its own name) or just for something to do. What's the name(s)? How'd you come up with such name(s)?

I have three computers in my house, all networked.

Beast: This is my desktop computer, used by the entire family. My first computer that I got new, it was a beast compared to the older one that had been given to me (both in size and in power). This machine is now over 8 years old and still running great. It actually runs NWN better than my laptop, which is 4 years newer. It used to be used for both developing and running the World of Aenea PW.

Alfred: My laptop. It's my go-to computer for pretty much everything, since it sits right on the kitchen counter most of the time and has all of my stuff on it (school, teaching, NWN, and backups of files from the desktop and NWN server). The kids are not allowed to touch this one. The start page for web browsing has a picture of Alfred from the first Batman movies.

Aenea: The machine that is running the game server. Kind of self-explanatory where the name comes from.

I chose it because I saw it fitting, seeing as my real name is one of the gods'. Cool

He actually meant Killashandra (spelling, Abe, spelling!), which is a reference to the Anne McCaffrey "Crystal Singer" heroine (and for many years a girl's name that I fought for [unsuccessfully, to boot!]) and the other one is as Abe stated, the box that's in the basement (pronounced "mancave").

My desktop: Keeper, as in Crypt keeper. Because it's dead now. It's name used to be shotgun, because it would run games and apps it really shouldn't have very well... for a short time, then the framerates and such would drop to a stutter, requiring a reload, er, reboot.

My laptop: Geezer. It's old (6 years old), and still using it's original battery pack... so it likes to go into sleep mode very often. Otherwise, when it's up and running it's quick and quirky like some old geezer razzing you from his front porch.
