Player Housing

Heya, 
!
Question for ya - can we do player housing over, additional tweaks, that sort of thing? If so, does it require a voucher to do so? And last but not least, when my last PC crashed, I may have lost the .erf for Sta'stillen's home - is that something that you can export for me, or would it have to be a redesign from scratch?

Do you maybe have the email that you attached the erf to in an archive/history/sentbox somewhere, Eric?

You can resubmit a house with changes. When I get time in the toolset, after getting rid of all the NBDE crap, I'll export the current area and send it to you.

Seems like modifications are a reasonable request, however I assume a re-purchase is needed each time?

Dave, as usual, you are full of great ideas and advice! I can check the old email account to see if a draft was saved. I still have the emails from the assistant DM thing, so chances are good the house one is there, too. - No, I just checked it out ... Kefrem's clockwork horses override, Abe's old custom items, a few custom items from me, but no house. 
And AoD ... that was no typo! Intentional mystyping!

I'll get your house exported sometime tonight and email it to you. One basic redesign is pretty much free.
