Housing for the Night Clan

I know I've seen a few posts on this but for the life of me I can't find them, I have been working on redesigning ol' Ray's house to be a fitting abode for the Night Clan for a long while now (no good in the toolset) and I am finally getting close to finishing it up, my question is this, do all who will reside in said house need to buy their own contract from the Firehair Clan, ie: since Ray bought the first house, does he need to purchase another contract, and do the rest of the Clan members need to purchase their own contracts to also live there? It seems to me that that would be the proper way to go about it, but just looking for clarification before I zip it all up and send it off, need to make sure everyone has their paperwork in order first, so to speak.

I think it goes by how many areas are involved. If the house takes up only one 10x10 area, I think you'll only be charged for one house, by whichever character is the main benefactor. If you have other 10x10 areas for linked parts of the house that belong to other characters, that's separate area charges, usually payable by the main residing character for each area. Since Ray has apparently already paid for one area, you already have one 10x10 area to work with, as I don't think charges for redesign insertions.

Of course, is the final judge of such things.

Yup, that's correct, it's 500k per area.
