Small Domestic Pet Summons Empty Small Domestic Pet Summons

Would it be possible to add a domestic pet or two to Summon Creature 1? Like, for my preference, a small cat. To make it a Summons means that one can have a bunch of them around like a cat lady, which I have a character who sorta wants to do that. Also, as a summons, those who don't have Animal Empathy can have a regular pet. Probably a dog, also, for those who like dogs (and may not want wolves). Maybe even a rat (pied piper, anyone?).
