Not sure about the rest of the troll family but Fren (who knows giant) can no longer understand what they are saying.

Frost trolls language not being understood

My wizard, who I'm pretty sure knows every language there is in Aenea, was listening to Frost Trolls in the Icereach cave curse while getting pummeled by her Black Blade, but didn't understand what they were saying. I think that Trolls of all kinds are in the Giant category, right? She knows Giant and so should have understood them?

Next time you see a DM online, ask for a tongue of the giants book. Perhaps reapplying the variable to your character will restore the missing language understanding.

I know that just a few days agos she was understanding the Fire Trolls just fine.

I had the same problem as you Ramana when visiting the glacier to check out the new ice elemental apperance a moment ago. The problem was (easily, if I might add) fixed when using another copy of Giant's Tongue I had in my inventory. 
I'm guessing the variables on PCs somehow got deleted/messed up in one of the newer updates.

I'd forgotten about this, Eric. I suppose in my mind I was still waiting for confirmation that it wasn't the trolls themselves that were bugged.
