Ball Lightning

Current impementation:  AoE that damages enemies and placables within range.  But you must target an enemy or placeable, unlike all other AoEs where you could target the ground near a placeable or enemy.

So.... tweak the spell's targetting to allow it to be target on the ground...

And tweak it's description to say what size the AoE is, as the current descrition doesn't state the AoE size (it looks like huge, but I'm not certain, might even be larger, I just haven't gotten enemies to comply and stand all spread out evenly enough for me to gauge the AoE size.... uncooperative buggers that they are).

Putting out a small hak update later today and I'll modify the spells.2da file so that targeting is the same as fireball.

The area of effect is colossal. I'll get the description fixed today, too.

Even though I have a full number of casts for it, when i try to use it, I get the message "You have no uses or preparations of that spell".
