I've shut down the server for a few hours, since there's major lighting right around my house right now. I'll turn everything back on in the morning after I wake up.

Thanks for being cautious with the new server The Amethyst Dragon.

At my job, we get literally HUNDREDS of computers checked in after electrical storms cuz folks mistakenly assume their surge protector will prevent lightning from overloading their hardware.

When I see lightning, my computer goes off, and I unplug it from the wall.
