Player Character Tools?
Take the time to try out the PC Tools you get at the start of the game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The green PC Info crystal starts a conversation that has one or more options:
Player Guide: This is a simple guide to some of the mechanics of playing in Aenea, with information on such topics as death, resting, and how to access the VC command system.
Ioun Stone Management: This option appears if you are carrying one or more identifiedioun stones. You use this menu to control which stones you have active and orbiting.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Treasure Splitter is designed to make sharing treasure and loot easier when adventuring in a party.
Use the treasure splitter on yourself to control gold management. Be sure to set your current gold as "yours" before you start your sharing, or else you will split all of your gold the first time you try to share. When split, the gold value is stored in the database, so you can access it at any time, even after you leave the party.
You can also use the treasure splitter on a item in your inventory. This will destroy the item and split 1/2 of it's gold piece value with the party. This function saves on both wondering how to split non-gold loot and on waiting for a party member to sell stuff in a town. Be sure to have an item identified before using this function...non-IDd items are worth nothing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bandages: Use these on yourself or someone else to heal 1 point of damage, remove poison and disease, and promote healing during sleep time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bedroll: You use this to sleep in Aenea. The default "rest" button does nothing.

Re: Player Character Tools?
The blue crystal is no longer in-game, and the green crystal has changed functionality, including ioun stone management. Most everything takes place from the vc chat command bar. Am I correct in these statements?

The AFK flag is no longer in the game either, but Velvet still has hers stashed somewhere, I ran across it the other day.

Re: Player Character Tools?
I think you can just drop it somewhere and the server will take care of it (or put it inside a container - the donated cloak cupboard is awesome for this!). If not, a DM will be more than happy to zap you ... I mean, zap it from your inventory!
Yeah, that's the ticket!

Also - the rest key will trigger the resting sequence as if you used the bedroll in most places.
