Nov. 3: Greater Restoration

After reading the game developer comments in the spell script and the PHB, I made a change to the greater restoration spell. The spell still removes practically every negative effect that might be on a character, but instead of also acting as a full heal (which only priests of Asis should be able to cast, even off a scroll), it now heals 5d8 + the caster level in damage.

The 5d8+ was in the game developer notes. The D&D PHB description doesn't even mention healing of hit points. I went with the 5d8+, since I figure it's a good compromise between full healing and no healing for the spell (and its more than a cure critical wounds spell), and anybody can still use the scrolls.

In-game, you may notice your stack(s) of scrolls being replaced with an updated stack (or stacks). The updated stack simply has an updated description.

Full healing is still in the game, it's just limited to priests of Asis casting it or using asis potions of full healing.

Not that anybody is surprised, but Im not liking this...

Changes coming out of nowhere... and nerfs at that.

At least there is a logical reason behind this one.
