Partially Used: Teshian Ore Mines

I would like to suggest that the Orc "Champions" in the Teshian Iron Mines be renamed to "Slave Miners", and also have mining picks added to their inventory that drop when they are killed... so a PC undertaking a particular job (if slightly inventive) can obtain what they need a bit more creatively.

May also want to either lengthen the respawn times, or shorten the "mining" animation...

In the 1st mine, the area transitions from 1st to 2nd level and from 2nd to 3rd level put the PC in the next level *behind* the entrance and facing backwards.

Fixed transition door directions.

Added to onspawn script of certain orcs to change their names when in the mines.

Made it so that you don't need a pick in hand to use the "partially mined rock". You can get regular iron ore from it (or a small chance for something more valuable). The Teshian iron cannot be made from it, since that is refined only by those with the special know-how.

Added the ability for supplies of Teshian iron to restore themselves after a delay, so more people can obtain that material.
