New thrown weapon idea: Nets
Don't know if it's possible to do custom thrown weapons (or maybe it could be done as a non-rechargeable item with limited uses to simulate a stack), but I thought nets would be a pretty neat addition to Aenea.
I was thinking it could use a knockdown effect following a successful touch attack, and then the target would have to make a strength or dexterity check (unless escape artist was added, or maybe base off tumble?) versus either a set DC or possibly the thrower's grapple check (possibly with a minimum DC?). Also, any slashing damage taken by the target while netted could reduce the DC incrementally (or increase the target's check, whichever is easier to apply in helping him/her break free).

I hate the knockdown mechanics as they stand for multiple reasons, not the least of which is that being off your feet should not mean you cannot act at all, maybe it should apply penalties, but total inaction is just busted...
Being in a net should apply penalties, sure, or just make it a "entangle/web" effect which basically has that sort of stuff built in even if you make the save.... and the added benefit is that freedom of movement would work properly like it would protect against a net in PnP.
