Enemies of the orcs needed.

A note posted on the board at the Sleeping Dragon:
One or more brave souls needed to sabotage the plans of the foul orcs of the Empire of Blood. If you have the will, find the facility of the Orcwatch in Moonblaze.
OOC: New short quest. Find your way to Moonblaze, talk to the right elf, and head off to thwart the orcs' latest plan. The waters near the elven city are turbulent and impossible to swim across, so you may need to be able to fly or teleport across the waters.

Neat quest... but unfortunately, like the Rod of Kerotoc, it wont let me turn it in.
