Epic Dragonsouls Empty Epic Dragonsouls

Dragonsoul is almost like RDD, but I found out... it can't go epic like RDD. Could this be changed? It'd be really great to go epic and get the continued benefits (another HD increase to d12, more draconic armor increases, increased breath weapon damage and DC's, and epic bonus feats).
