Minor update to turning/rebuking undead:

- Dropping required use of the held holy symbols.
- Adding new holy symbol visual effects based on clerics' patron deities (requires the minor hak update uploaded a few hours ago to become visible for you).

That makes the things easier... but i think the roleplaying is "put away" with this. But it's ok....
