Magic Circle VS Alignment
I did a cursory search to see if this has been addressed. This spell is one of the few spells paladins get and I guess all clerics get. unfortunately 95% of the time it gets dispelled because the caster can run out of the circle. I was wondering if there was any way to have it cast or "hook" it into the target (yourself) differently. I know nothing about NWN scripts, and I read some discussions on why this spell doesn't work well, but seeing as this is one of the few bells'n whistles that paladins get, it'd be nice to make it work reliably.
edit: I meant to write this - and promptly forgot. Battletide works fine, I don't know how the heartbeat scripts works for these two spells, but it might help in figuring this one out. Also, I know that Magic Circle has long been a bit wonky so if this is deemed unfix-able, I understand entirely.

Re: Magic Circle VS Alignment
I think that spell places the AoE in the area where it was cast. Having to stay in one place does nerf the spell thouhg.
Invisibility sphere is almost the same way, except the sphere will travel with the caster, but like circle vs alignment, the "invis" places itself where the caster is... making it so you can run out of the sphere and not be covered for a bit until the AoE catches up.... having both these work constantly off the caster would rock.

Re: Magic Circle VS Alignment
Area silence, and other "mobile" aura spells all share this issue, to my knowledge. Its something with the engine... where the location of the centerpoint of the effect doesnt get updated as fast as the target moves, something about the server not assigning high enough priority to the calculation and it dropping off the list when the server is busy with lots of stuff...
