Can Scribe's books be made more efficient? Empty Can Scribe's books be made more efficient?

Hiya! I understand the reasoning behind the single use power of the scribe book - my question is, would there be any way to tie a variable to it? For example, let's say that one wants to pull out 10 sheaves of paper - rather than using the unique power 10 times, and waiting for it to go through the process of pulling out a piece of paper 10 times, one specified a variable, like ;;scribebook 10 - and the script knew to pull out 10 units with a single use of the book. It's kind of a petty request, but when you're scribing buku scrolls at a time, the repetition is terrible!

what say ye?

I'd say that's a great idea..

Have it work just like say, the rune paints.  fire off a vc command, get a page, the 'charge' on the book is reduced.

I agree that an automatic deduction from the scroll paper book would be more streamlined (i.e., less hassle) a process for making scrolls, if the coding isn't too difficult.

As someone who has scribed literally thousands of scrolls, I would like to add my voice to this.

The scribe's book was a godsend compared to buying (and filling inventory) with individual non-stackable blank scrolls, so the status quo is still awesome by comparison.

However, since so many of us have limited playtime, it would be super to have some added convenience if the technical aspects are doable. It would allows us Scribes to spend more time RPing and playing with what time we do have.

If the blanks scrolls can be made stackable, and also set to auto-stack it would also be great.

And also, if newly-scribed scrolls would automatically stack with themselves.
