Bard Song - Ballad of the Wild/Deadman's March
Tested this one out.... Compared to it's original implementation.... yum.
However, the 40th level creature (tusk beast) has some issues. It has the barbarian rage ability, but it doesn't use the rage.
There seems to be some issues with it's attacking period as well. It's character sheet shows several attacks per round (+47/+42/+37), and 3 creature damages (attack 1, 2, and 3)... BUT it seems to only make 1 or two swipes per round... and after a few rounds, it just seems to sit there doing nothing, and being unresponsive to follower commands.
Other issues... not quite so much "bugs", but implementation that's not quite up to par. The creature itself looks on paper to be a beast (literally and figuratively! 40 HD with 1K+ HP) but it's piddly AC is a HUGE problem. A handful of orc soldiers in the training ground can kill it fast. Very fast. I'm not sure offhand how many HD those orcs had... but I don't think a mob of 5 or 6 of them should be able to take down the tuskbeast in just a few rounds.
It has barbarian damage reduction... but the 3 or 4 points of DR is simply not enough to mitigate the fact that it's 18 AC is going to get hit by anything bigger than a goblin. I'd suggest upping it's AC to something respectable of a 40HD 40th level only summon, and giving it slightly more DR.
For it's attack.... I'm not sure what it's DR penetration is, but it isn't too high.... I think for a 40th level only melee summon, a +5 penetration on it's claws is entirely acceptable.
Deadman's Marche.... the red dracolich. Not quite bug in a 'something's fubar', but could it's uses of it's dispells be reduced or just removed?
They're effectively useless, even a detriment to the dracolich's ferocity. I found that at a 15 round duration (bard song duration + 5 rounds from lingering song), the Dracolich burns up a good portion of it's time around casting the dispels instead of breathing fire or smacking stuff. What makes no sense is that it's casting it's dispels on targets that have *nothing* to dispel anyway.
I relevelled Al and took Lasting Inspiration (for the reeeally long songs) and found that after the dracolich burns up it's dispels and starts breathing fire and smacking with it's claws... it's an amazing summon.
I would imagine the same would go for the 35th to 39th level blue dracolich.... nix it's dispels, if it has any.

Re: Bard Song - Ballad of the Wild/Deadman's March
The ballad werewolf apparently has a handaxe. Checked him in DM mode, he seems to have default NWN issued level1 barbarian gear.
